Day 10 — A photo of you taken over ten years ago

I don't have a very good keeping system for my photographs; they're all basically mixed up together in a box. Besides, ten years ago I was in that pre-adolescence stage were you hide from the world and feel awfully akward because, well... your body is akward. So you're not gonna find a lot of pictures of me unless of the christmas parties or my birthdays.

So, this is the best I could find and actually I do believe is ten years old. That's me when I wasn't still allowed to wear all-black clothing. It was my birthday and I kinda remember that day, the little kid aside me is my cousin Nathasha, who is now 15 years old (looks like a 5 year old kid in the pic, right?)... it was a pretty sad day now that I recall.

My best friend wasn't there, in her place was a girl name Luzmar who happened to be one of my school friends and now, because of certain events in my life, we are having a couple classes together at University. I can't say I know her anymore, but I honestly can say I don't care.

One of my brother's friend, Luvin, was also there... I wonder what's up with him now (I bet my brother wonders too). I don't know why we lost touch, he was a good kid, and I hope he still is. Oh, my two little cousins were there too.

Well, that's a very patetic age: 11. I remember I used liked my birthays. What happened to me?

I also founded other pictures of me some years ago.

Actually in this one I was in 7th grade, that was ten years ago, but you can barely notice me. I'd give anything to keep the past in the past and never returning to those days, not because the other kids were mean to me, I mean, I wasn't exatcly popular, but I was the kind of girl who got alone with everybody.

In the next one I'm with my two best friends, Ody and Vanessa. I remember this day: Vanessa had move out to another state because her parents got divorced, so this one of this days when se came to visit us. She was chubby at that time, now she's an anorexic stick with a lot of hair. My friend Ody was in her best body days and I was maybe 13 and completely unaware of any make up tips... I had so much to learn (I actually look sick I don't lnow why)

I am 14 in this next one, beacuse I remember being in a sweet 15 year old party and I was a year younger that everybody else. My best friend in red (looking the best she has ever been) and another good ghost of the past, Teris. Those were the days when I streched my hair for special occasions (now I just now it's pointless) and still, had no clue about makeup.

Don't they say one should look at the past and just laugh? well..., why am I not laughing.
